LIVE · STAGE 10 OF 14

Navigate halal and haram in daily life

Learn a safe method for food, clothing, relationships, work and money without turning every uncertainty into fear.

LEARN

What you need to understand

Read slowly, take notes and ask about anything that is unclear. The goal is steady understanding—not rushing to the next number.

01

Start with clear major boundaries

Learn the clear prohibitions first: associating partners with Allah, injustice, murder, zina, intoxicants, theft, consuming interest and deliberate abandonment of obligations.

Many ordinary things remain permissible. Do not declare something forbidden without evidence.

02

Relationships and modesty

Islam protects dignity through modest dress and conduct, lowering the gaze, avoiding seclusion and keeping intimacy within marriage.

Marriage has mutual rights and responsibilities. Culture cannot cancel consent, kindness, financial duties or protection from harm.

03

Work and money

Seek lawful earnings, fulfil contracts, repay debts and avoid fraud, bribery, gambling and interest-based transactions.

Modern contracts can be complex. Show the actual contract and business process to qualified scholars instead of asking only about a product name.

  • A ruling can change with details, necessity, harm and local circumstances.
  • Do not let waswas turn normal daily choices into endless checking.
