Accounts and learning data
You can read public learning content without signing in. If you sign in with ChatGPT, we receive your account identifier, email address and available name; we do not receive your ChatGPT password. Features you use may save your display or certificate name, bookmarks, notes, completed lessons, quiz scores, Quran reading position, memorization attempts, review schedules and personal-plan settings and checklists. Your learning choices, questions and plans may reveal religious beliefs. Only enter information you want processed for these features.
Microphone, recitation and AI
Microphone access is optional and is requested for recitation practice. Browser speech recognition may send audio to the browser provider. When enhanced recognition is available, submitted audio and the selected verse context are sent to OpenAI for transcription. If you select the recording-save option while signed in, the recording is stored with your account for replay; you can delete individual saved recordings in the memorizer. Disabling recording storage does not prevent audio transmission for recognition. AI questions, selected content and conversation context are sent to OpenAI when you use the AI assistant. We keep usage counters to enforce limits. Do not include passwords, financial details or other confidential information in questions or recordings.
Location and permissions
Qibla direction uses your permitted device location to calculate a bearing on your device. Nearby-mosque search sends your coordinates to Google Maps when you choose that feature. Prayer times send the selected city and country to AlAdhan. These features do not require continuous background location tracking. Notifications are optional for reminders. You can refuse or revoke microphone, location and notification permissions in your browser or device settings; the related feature may then be unavailable.
Posts, support and membership
Community posts, chosen aliases and attached social links can be visible to other visitors. Support questions and moderation reports are processed to respond and keep the service safe. Hiding or removing a post from the feed is not necessarily permanent erasure from storage; use the deletion request below for that. Where membership, family or ambassador features apply, we process account links, access grants, referral codes and relevant order, payment-status and transfer-reference records. Card details are entered with the payment provider, not in our database. Payment availability is shown in the service; this policy does not imply that checkout is enabled.
Storage, service providers and sharing
We use browser storage for preferences, reminders, cached Quran content and some local progress, and hosted databases and file storage for account-linked information. Hosting and authentication are provided through Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare infrastructure. External Quran/audio services, AlAdhan, Google Maps and opened social-media services receive connection information such as your IP address when contacted. OpenAI processes AI and enhanced-transcription requests when those features are used; Stripe or a selected transfer service processes payments when available. Providers may process information in countries outside your own under their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data as needed to provide requested features, protect the service or comply with applicable law. Public posts are shared at your direction.
Retention, deletion and security
Account-linked learning data and saved recordings remain available while needed to provide your account features, until you delete them or request account deletion. Device-local data remains until cleared in browser/app storage settings. We review deletion requests after verifying account ownership and remove the account-linked profile, learning records, plans, recordings and submitted content within our control. Limited transaction, security or dispute records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations or legitimate fraud prevention, only for the necessary period; we explain any applicable exception in our response. Provider-controlled logs and backups follow the provider’s retention practices. We use HTTPS and account-based access controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server-stored data.
Children and your choices
The service includes a children’s learning area. A parent or guardian should supervise its use, manage any account and permissions, and avoid submitting a child’s personal information, voice recordings or public posts unless the necessary consent and safeguards are in place. A parent or guardian can contact us to review or request deletion of a child’s information. Choosing Kids mode is a presentation preference, not age verification or parental consent. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw optional permissions, and raise privacy concerns with us or your applicable data-protection authority. الميكروفون والتلاوة والذكاء الاصطناعي

الموقع والأذونات
تستخدم القبلة موقع جهازك بعد الإذن لحساب الاتجاه على الجهاز. البحث عن مسجد قريب يرسل إحداثياتك إلى خرائط Google عند اختيار الميزة. ترسل مواقيت الصلاة المدينة والدولة المختارتين إلى AlAdhan. لا تحتاج هذه الميزات لتتبع موقع مستمر في الخلفية. الإشعارات اختيارية للتذكير. يمكنك رفض أو إلغاء أذونات الموقع والميكروفون والإشعارات من إعدادات المتصفح أو الجهاز، وقد تتوقف الميزة المرتبطة بها.
المشاركات والدعم والعضوية
قد تظهر المشاركات وأسماء العرض وروابط التواصل المرفقة لزوار آخرين. نعالج أسئلة الدعم والبلاغات للرد والحفاظ على سلامة الخدمة. إخفاء مشاركة أو إزالتها من العرض لا يعني بالضرورة محوها نهائيًا من التخزين؛ استخدم طلب الحذف أدناه لذلك. عند استخدام ميزات العضوية أو العائلة أو السفراء نعالج ربط الحسابات والصلاحيات وأكواد الإحالة وسجلات الطلبات وحالة الدفع ومراجع التحويل ذات الصلة. تُدخل بيانات البطاقة لدى مزود الدفع ولا تُحفظ بقاعدة بياناتنا. توفر الدفع يظهر داخل الخدمة ولا تعني هذه السياسة أنه مفعّل.
التخزين ومزودو الخدمة والمشاركة
نستخدم تخزين المتصفح للتفضيلات والتذكيرات والمصحف المحفوظ وبعض التقدم المحلي، وقواعد بيانات وتخزين ملفات للحسابات. الاستضافة وتسجيل الدخول عبر Sites/OpenAI وبنية Cloudflare. تتلقى خدمات القرآن والصوت وAlAdhan وخرائط Google وخدمات التواصل التي تفتحها معلومات اتصال مثل عنوان IP عند الاتصال بها. تعالج OpenAI طلبات المساعد والتعرف الصوتي المحسّن، ويعالج Stripe أو مزود التحويل المختار الدفع عند توفره. قد تُعالج البيانات خارج بلدك وفق شروط وسياسات المزودين. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. نشارك اللازم لتقديم الميزات المطلوبة وحماية الخدمة والالتزام بالقانون؛ والمشاركات العامة تُنشر باختيارك.
الاحتفاظ والحذف والأمان
تبقى بيانات التعلم والتسجيلات المرتبطة بالحساب ما دامت لازمة لتقديم ميزاته حتى تحذفها أو تطلب حذف الحساب. تبقى البيانات المحلية حتى مسح تخزين التطبيق أو المتصفح. نراجع الطلب بعد التحقق من ملكية الحساب ونحذف الملف وبيانات التعلم والخطط والتسجيلات والمحتوى المرسل الواقع تحت سيطرتنا. قد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة للمعاملات أو الأمان أو النزاعات عند الضرورة القانونية أو لمنع الاحتيال وللمدة اللازمة فقط، ونوضح الاستثناء المنطبق في ردنا. تخضع سجلات ونسخ مزودي الخدمة لسياسات احتفاظهم. نستخدم HTTPS وصلاحيات مرتبطة بالحساب، لكن لا يوجد نظام يضمن أمانًا مطلقًا. إزالة التطبيق وحدها لا تحذف البيانات المحفوظة على الخادم.
الأطفال واختياراتك
