Delete your account or data

You can request deletion without signing in or reinstalling the app. Requests are reviewed manually by Mohamed Haytham, the service operator.

1. Email mohamedhaytham2001@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Deen Bebasata account.
2. Use the subject “Deen Bebasata account deletion request”. Say whether you want your entire account deleted or only particular data, such as recordings or learning progress.
3. We verify ownership before acting. If you cannot access your account email, explain this so we can arrange an alternative verification method. Never send your password, sign-in code or payment-card details.

What deletion covers

Your Deen Bebasata profile, saved progress, notes, bookmarks, quiz and memorization records, plans, saved recordings and submitted content within our control. Deletion removes access to this saved information. It does not delete your separate ChatGPT, Google or payment-provider account.

What may be retained

Only records needed for legal obligations, transaction disputes or fraud prevention may be retained for the necessary period. We explain any applicable exceptions and expected completion time after verifying your request. Provider logs and backups follow their respective retention practices. A request email is not an instant deletion confirmation.

You can also delete individual saved recordings in the memorizer, and clear local preferences and cached content through your browser/app storage settings. Uninstalling alone does not delete server data.
