ADVANCE · STAGE 12 OF 14

Face trials, doubts and setbacks

Respond to hardship, intrusive doubts, sin and inconsistency with knowledge, worship and practical support.

LEARN

What you need to understand

Read slowly, take notes and ask about anything that is unclear. The goal is steady understanding—not rushing to the next number.

01

Faith can rise and fall

A difficult week does not erase your identity. Protect the obligations, return after mistakes and rebuild with small actions that can continue.

Do not wait to feel spiritually perfect before praying. Worship is part of the return.

02

Questions are handled with knowledge

Write the exact doubt, separate emotional pain from the intellectual question and take it to someone qualified, calm and willing to show evidence.

Do not binge on hostile debate content. Repeating provocative material can intensify confusion without adding understanding.

03

Spiritual and mental health support

Dua, prayer and remembrance are essential, and seeking medical or psychological care is also a lawful practical means.

Intrusive thoughts are not chosen beliefs. If anxiety, compulsions, depression or self-harm thoughts persist, seek qualified professional help urgently.
